Sean Sullivan Has Been Building And Remodeling Homes 

in and around Fort Worth, Texas since 2000.  Upon graduating from the University of Texas Arlington in 1997 with a BBA in Finance and Real Estate, Sean began his career as a Real Estate Broker working for a commercial/residential developer. Since 2000, Sean has focused primarily on residential construction and development.  Over the years, he has built everything from starter homes to ultra custom homes over 20,000 SF. Large home additions and renovations are not uncommon for Sullivan Construction. 

 

After the pandemic, Sean has committed his focus to building high performance homes and retrofitting existing homes to superior comfort and efficiency. Building a truly high performance, durable, and well-designed home is his #1 goal.  Sean aims to bring Building Science to his clients for custom and speculative homes of all sizes and prices.
